Data Deletion Instructions — Safid Tour CRM

You can request deletion of all data we hold about you (your Instagram messages, profile information and any contact details stored in our CRM) at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to valeriadon111ava@gmail.com from the address associated with your enquiry, or message us on Instagram with the word "DELETE".
2. Include your Instagram username so we can locate your conversation.
3. We will permanently delete your data within 30 days and confirm by reply.

If you only want to revoke the app's access to your Instagram account, open Instagram → Settings → Apps and Websites → remove "Safid Tour CRM". This stops any further data processing.
