Privacy Policy — Safid Tour CRM

Safid Tour CRM ("the App", "we", "us") is an internal customer-relationship and messaging tool operated by SORI TOUR for handling customer enquiries received through messaging channels, including Instagram Direct. This policy explains what data we process and how.

1. Who we are

Operator: SORI TOUR (travel agency).

2. What data we process

• Messages you send to our Instagram business account and our replies.
• Your public Instagram profile information (username, profile picture, account id) needed to display and answer the conversation.
• Contact details you voluntarily provide in the conversation (e.g. name, phone, trip preferences) for the purpose of serving your travel request.

3. How we use it

Solely to receive, read and respond to your enquiries, provide customer support and manage your travel booking. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

4. Sharing

Data is processed within our self-hosted CRM and the Meta (Instagram) Platform that delivers the messages. We do not share it with unrelated third parties, except where required by law.

5. Retention

Conversation data is kept for as long as needed to support you and meet legal obligations, and is deleted on request (see below).

6. Your rights & data deletion

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time. See our Data Deletion instructions or email valeriadon111ava@gmail.com.

7. Changes

We may update this policy; the latest version is always available at this URL.
